The Expediting service provides support to Clients in scheduling and planning activities, offering them the specific experience of our staff and the most up-to-date formulation techniques, controlling and verifying execution periods, guaranteeing progress conditions and above all ensuring operators are made responsible for complying with delivery times, by constantly monitoring supplies in order to guarantee perfect planning management.

Techno Service - Quality Policy

TECHNO SERVICE is able to offer a complete Quality Assurance service, from formulating Specifications to qualifying Processes - Operators - Materials.

An integral part of this service consists of:

  • Compiling Quality Assurance Programmes
  • Managing final technical documentation regarding Quality
  • Drawing up technical procedures and management specifications (for purchasing and for control)

In 2010, the Company’s organisation and management model allowed TECHNO SERVICE to obtain UNI EN 9001:2015 certification, issued by IIS (Istituto Italiano della Saldatura - the Italian Welding Institute), the leading certification body in Italy.

In order to implement and improve its quality standards, TECHNO SERVICE adheres to a clearly defined Quality programme, comprising:

Qualified Technicians

Staff who carry out NTD (Nondestructive Testing) hold Level II and III qualifications for the following methods:

  • VT (Visual)
  • UT (Ultrasonic)
  • PT (Liquid Penetrant)
  • RT (Radiographic)
  • MT (Magnetic-Particle)

In accordance with the national PND and international SNT TC 1A regulations.

Qualified welding inspectors operate in compliance with the applicable national and international regulations.

Our technical staff includes ARAMCO – NACE – FROSIO – ASME inspectors.

Our construction site staff is specialised in the following activities:
